These Terms of Service govern communications with and services provided by Clean Lanai, LLC (“Clean Lanai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By requesting services, approving a quote, scheduling service, or otherwise engaging Clean Lanai, you agree to the applicable terms presented with your quote, service agreement, invoice, and these Terms of Service.
Clean Lanai SMS Messaging Program
Clean Lanai provides text messaging to make it easier for customers and prospective customers to communicate with our team.
Customers may use text messaging to request information or services, submit photographs or videos of their property for quoting purposes, ask questions, communicate about scheduling, and receive customer support.
Clean Lanai may send text messages concerning:
Quote and estimate requests
Requests for photographs or additional property information
Quotes and quote follow-ups
Appointment confirmations
Scheduling and rescheduling
Appointment and service reminders
Technician arrival and service updates
Completed services
Invoices and payment information
Lanai Care Club memberships and recurring maintenance
Customer service communications
Promotional offers and service announcements where permitted
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Clean Lanai, requested services, scheduled appointments, and communication preferences.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent to or received from Clean Lanai.
SMS Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Clean Lanai, you authorize Clean Lanai to communicate with you by SMS regarding the purposes described above.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing Clean Lanai services.
Opting Out of Text Messages
You may opt out of receiving text messages from Clean Lanai at any time by replying STOP.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive applicable text messages unless you subsequently opt back in.
Opting out of SMS does not prevent Clean Lanai from communicating with you through other appropriate methods concerning existing services, accounts, or legal obligations.

Quotes and Services
Quotes provided by Clean Lanai are based on the information reasonably available when the quote is prepared, including customer descriptions, photographs, videos, property information, and on-site observations.
Photographs may not always accurately represent the actual condition of a property. If the property is substantially dirtier, larger, more difficult to access, or otherwise materially different from what was represented when the quote was prepared, Clean Lanai may discuss an adjustment to the scope or price before completing additional work.
Scheduling
Service dates and arrival times may be affected by weather, property access, equipment conditions, route scheduling, safety considerations, and other circumstances.
Clean Lanai will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to areas included in the approved service and for informing Clean Lanai about known hazards, delicate surfaces, access restrictions, pets, gates, or other conditions that could affect the service.
Payment
Payment terms will be stated on the applicable quote, invoice, membership agreement, or other service documentation.
Customers are responsible for amounts due for services they approve and receive, subject to applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
Clean Lanai may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
