+ Do you use a pressure washer to clean my patio?
The simple answer is No. We use our Exclusive Cleaning System that is safe and gentle on outdoor surfaces. That being said, we do have power washers and can use them in some applications. This is not usually necessary though.
+ I live in a high-rise condo with a balcony, will your cleaning system affect my neighbors below?
Absolutely not! Our system has Zero Water Runoff and very little noise and approved by condo boards. The only way your neighbors will know you had your lanai cleaned is by hearing you on your lanai once again having a great time.
+ Can you remove all the cobwebs, dirt and mold on the outside of the condo balcony screens?
Yes! We get it so clean it will look like new screens. We can even clean the outside of your screens in a high-rise condo.
+ Do you provide your own water for cleaning?
For condo lanais and balconies we bring our own water supply for our Exclusive Lanai Cleaning System.
+ Do you also clean outdoor furniture?
Yes. We also specialize in cleaning outdoor furniture. We can make your outdoor furniture look new again!
+ How long does it take to clean my patio?
Generally 2-4 hours depending on the size of your patio, lanai or balcony. We pay close attention to the details so it does take longer than power washing, but the amazing, fresh results are well worth the little extra time.
+ Are your cleaning machines going to disturb my neighbors? Is it loud?
No! Our Unique Lanai Cleaning System is quieter than a traditional vacuum cleaner. Nothing like a loud, smelly pressure washer.
+ Do you offer any maintenance plans?
Yes, we do. We can keep your ourdoor living area clean all year. Our maintenance plans are affordable and take less time to perform than your original cleaning.
